The roster is fine IMO. They have one of the deepest rosters the Lakers have had in a long time.

Injuries and inconsistencies have killed them though!

Agree and that's likely what Lebron was alluding to when he said they aren't where they need to be to be able to beat good teams.

Because of the injuries, it's been impossible to set a consistent lineup and rotation.

There have been a few core guys like Lebron, AD, Reaves, D-Lo and Prince who have been available for just about every game...but pretty much everyone else has missed a fair amount of time.

on paper your depth isn't terrible. This is where coaching is so key. How do you get your guys rest during the season and not lose games.

It’s deep but it lacks good size at the 5 and enough spacing for what they wanna do.

They also need a true pg since bron can’t do it all.

Right, the problem is that it's rotational players like Vando, Rui, Vincent, etc. that have missed significant time. That has meant going deeper into the bench and playing guys in roles that weren't intended for them.

Basically, they've had yo skip the 2nd string and go straight to 3rd string.

Then guys get back and have to be worked back in.
