People will kill Morey for this deal and I’m ok with him getting ripped. Personally, I like Powell and I think he fits. Bones and Morris have no value to the Sixers. Morris looks like he is cooked. I would prefer Powell Batum and RoCo. With Harden’s kicker to 40 million this works for outgoing Clipper salary to account for Harden at 40.5. I believe they’re a team that can’t take on any extra money in a deal. The Sixers still have some room to add.

Then I start Maxey Melton Harris Tucker Embiid. I play a ton of Maxey Melton Powell together though. I don’t really love that team. Really small. Maxey 6’3’’ Melton 6’2’’ Powell 6’4’’. 6’6’’ 6’7’’ is shooting over that all night.

Bones is a young guard off the bench who can score

Flexibility in keeping powell or trading him as part of another deal

I think he’s a bucket and as a 6th man that would be one of the better 6th man in the East. Where you’ve won me over is taking picks from Clippers to deal for something else. 2 picks from Clippers and one of the Sixers plus a swap from Clippers and Philly do a swap and Tobias Harris expiring for Siakam or something slightly less for OG. Or you look Lavine.

Yeah I think the clippers pick and a pick swap plus the philly first (and from my deal Brown and Bones) gets that convo started.
