Because the Clippers roster is ass and he’s the only useable piece they are willing to deal. I think if the Clippers are just going with expirings then they need to throw in the 2nd first round pick. It’s either Mann is $10 million of the deal or it’s a 2nd first round pick.

If that’s not there the Sixers are better off sending him out at the deadline to someone looking for $35 million of cap off their books.
