So Josh Rosen and a low round pick in exchange for Miami's 2nd rounder? I guess thats about as much as Arizona could've hoped for.
All things considered, I suppose. If their GM wasn't such an idiot and pushed to get a deal done earlier in the week, they could've gotten more I think, but oh well.

The Redskins haven't finished worse than 7-9 in 5 years. The Giants have won 8 games in the last 2 years, and have been 6-10 or worse in 4 of the last 5 years. And if you draft a QB at 6th and he turns out "okay", you're out of a job as a GM.

The Redskins have TWO playoff wins since he's been owner. Fucking two. Lmao. That's terrible. They are dysfunction at its finest.

He had a QBR of 11.2 in that game that day, holy hell.

Eh I'm sure it'll work out fine.

No, but then there are no QBs in this draft that are anywhere near Manning or Luck. For that matter, nearly any draft. As a genral rule, you don't build a team drafting a QB with the first 5 picks.

Tell me again what Andrew Luck has done?

No doubt, but this is the case every year. No GM is tipping their cap, so you go off of what you have. However, it's also hard to say GMs always make the right call. We've seen countless examples of much better QBs getting taken behind horrible ones.
That's just it, we have nothing.

Always cracks me up when fans see a mock draft - which are done by guys who guess what guys who do real drafts will do - and if a mocker says a guy will go, say 25, but he goes 15 the fan thinks the GM messed up and couldn't just be the guy who did the mock was wrong.

Per the usual, you're wrong. Haven't lied about anything. In fact, eric mistakenly misquoted me, but that doesn't involve you.

I wasn't wrong about either of them as prospects. Haskins was almost universally ranked ahead of Jones. Hint: there's a reason Gettleman is getting ripped apart this morning.
To be fair, we have no clue what guys who actually make picks think of the 2 QBs. All we know is the NYG like Jones more.

I thought haskins would be better but admittedly I can't say I saw Jones play more than a couple times (like most fans).

Can't account for a monumental idiot like Gettleman, but if you want to hitch your wagon to a guy like that, go ahead.
He definitely says some dumb things. Can't say I've studied all his drafts, but didn't he do pretty well in Carolina?

Ever since the Browns returned. It's like a curse was laid or something
Heck no..if there's a curse it was hitched before then. In the mid-90s we had Belichick, Ozzie, Pioli, Dimitroff, Savage, Saban, Frerenz among others and couldn't do anything right. They leave and can do nothing wrong.

Have to say there was never a time I'd have traded Jimmy for Snyder as an owner. Always figured if we got the right people in the FO, Jimmy would write the checks and we could have sustained success.

I can't see snyder every not meddling too much.

They've not experienced any level of dysfunction that Cleveland has had. It's not even the same ballpark.
I have to give ya that. I don't hate Sashi like you do, but wow have we had some dunderheads making picks for us since the return. Not sure I know of any worse than Butch or Mangini (which is sad because they could coach).
