judge by career and it solves a lot of problems. Plus HOF guys are overpriced so you have to pay big.

But another thing I want to know is: position requirements? I'm guessing there won't be any....

No position requirements but if you use Byron Buxton behind the plate you'll prolly struggle come voting time.

Shows you how much I know, I literally thought you made up that name. Thought that couldn't possibly be a real person, yet here we are.

Well that and @Nosferatu got me one time. I think he referenced a player in a chat and when I googled them, they didn't exist. Thought he was doing the same here, lol.

Just an easy and clear way to judge the players. And fixes the injury issues.

So we base the players on how good they will be in a year? Lol I dont get it

I guess I still don't get it, so we are predicting what the players will do next year? I think Mike Trout runs into the centerfield fence in April 2020 breaks his collarbone and is out 3 1/2 months so you all have to view his 2020 that way as well!

EDIT... I believe that is one of several things we can use to determine our picks and how we vote along with age, position, current season, career

I wasn't really suggesting using nect year. I just said it was better than Milk's usual wacko plans lol. But still doesn't answer the question about how we're valuing veteran players. Like Joey Votto sucks this year but if we're using his prime he would be a high pick

Now you see a part of why I don't like current drafts!

Like I suggested, lets just do judging my entire career. Fuck it.

Most of the great players have high salaries. I dont see any loopholes from what I can tell

I actually don't agree with that. Look at the league leaderboards. It's a young man's game now. And the pre arbitration guys don't make jack shit. The guys in the early stages make a few million

No, I mean most of the great players considered for the HOF/past their prime, since we would be judging by their career. Most of those guys are still getting paid high salaries in huge contracts. Today’s stars, a lot have cheap salaries
