Everyone playing against the patriots is going to have 4-5 people looking for anything that even appears to be a bit out of the ordinary. Teddy Bruschi was quoted as saying that98% of the NFL coaches have never read the entire NFL Rule Book, only pieces of it. He said that Belichick demands that his staff read it in its entirety and then know everything that effects their area of responsibility by heart.

They figure that finding something to cause concern about the Patriots will deflect any blame on them (opposing coaches) for a loss. Pretty simple isn't it? Patriots screwed with the headsets and I didn't have anyone cover Gronkowski because the headsets didn't work. The defense shifted in the middle of a cadence and I forgot the play..........it's not in the rule book, it's an unwritten rule.

How about the truth.........the Patriots outplayed us. We screwed up on several coverages because Brady's so damn good at the 'hurry up'. I need to kick my defensive coordinator in the ass because he thinks we're so good that we can play 10 on defense against 11 on offense..

I expect to hear something every week except week four because it's a bye week.
