Here in DC...there was a gust this morning that slightly rattled my window. And the sky is so gray. Impossibly gray. I don't know when this rain is going to end. Maybe never. Or maybe in a day and a half or so.

I would imagine so. I mean, it's going to be the same as today except some areas will undoubtedly lose power and there will be some flooding. Although somebody might realize that it's just raining and that the wind is only at like 20-30mph. Shhhh...
