Garrett had a bad minor league ERA too, but he had vastly improved since converting to a reliever.

In the minor league phase of the draft we picked Jeffeson Medina, who is a pitcher who hasn't made it past the "A" level in 7 years in professional ball.

Alex Claudio traded to the Brewers.

I'm thinking they should drop them a whole bunch because sitting in 100+ temps and watching a team that is going to struggle to not lose 100+ games isn't much of a draw

I never got why they wouldn’t get a retractable roof as well. People don’t like scorching heat just like freezing cold

Sullivan says Romano is a reliever, but he has started in 52 of 54 appearances over the past two seasons.

I wonder if Romano has been considered a better prospect than Mendez. I can see that argument being made.

Most rule V pitchers drafted are relievers on an MLB team.

Most MLB relievers are failed starters anyway.
