Nearly every Time Warner Cable television subscriber will be able to watch the Big Ten Network beginning Aug. 23.
The cable company and Big Ten Network announced Monday the network will be available on Time Warner's basic tier on Channel 24.
The network also struck a deal with satellite service DISH Network to make it available to more DISH customers beginning Sept. 1.
Both deals mean every Nebraska regular-season football game will be available live during the team's inaugural season in the Big Ten Conference, as well as other Husker sporting events, including basketball, volleyball, baseball and more.
Nebraska's first two games -- against Chattanooga and Fresno State -- are scheduled to air on BTN. Other games are scheduled on Versus or the ESPN family of networks, which includes ABC.
