Plus they wear orange...
I was about to say, the answer can be found by looking at the other 2 threads sitting at the top of the CFB page right now.Using money as the gauge for doing the least with the most, the two biggies two in Texas would be so far in front the rest of the field couldn't even see them.
I'll nominate Florida State.
Rivals recruiting for the same time frame.

Have the types of seasons that we've had lately with the
talent that has been amassed on Campus.
You talk about not developing players...we are the Poster Child.
It’s hard to say with three 10 win seasons the last four years. Should they be doing a little better yes but they haven’t been a complete and utter joke like Tennessee has been.Like others mention: I hate Texas and just don't give a crap about A&M because they're a perennial non factor, so I won't mention them again.
But Michigan has to be on this list, right?
I go with #2.I would say ND. But they are a little bit of chicken and egg right now.
I still don’t think Kelly is a top tier coach. I just don’t know if he is boosting where ND would be without him. Or if ND and their name are causing him to over produce what he would other wise do at another blue blood
He hired VanGorder.I agree. But I cannot prove it
