The NFL fiscal year starts in a few days...Mar 1 I think, that's when you must be under the cap so I assume the official cap number comes about the same time....the 155ish number that has been floated out there is an educated guess I think.

And if the cap is around that 155 million, that means every team has made enough moves the past few weeks to clear it. Buffalo would be the only team close.
