Who will be added to the 40 to protect against the Rule V?

The eligibility rules are a bit ambiguous, so I am not 100% sure who is and is not eligible. The rules say anyone who has played 4 years in the org and signed after the age of 18. What is the definition of "a year"? If they signed at 16, how many additional years does that give?

Anyway, here is a quick list of player to keep an eye on...

Good point. With his off time, though, those are years he did not play in the org, right?

Also, would the Giant be OK with a team drafting him? That is the other side of the equation. You only protect players you do not want to lose.
