First Take literally debated this for 15 minutes. They debated the halftime music choice. :L ESPN :L

Were they debating only the choice of act?

Or were they debating why they need to have a half time that's way too freaking long and breaks up the entire flow of the game?

If #1, yeah, they suck.

If #2, I'm on board.

Yeah, it was #1. "Madonna as halftime show. Like it, love it, hate it?" Then Gaga was brought up, and the Prince show, etc. etc. I stomached about 2 minutes of it.

Why the fuck would a homeless person from Cali be in Indy? If I were homeless, which would never happen, I'd be on the friggin beach.

To comment on this: Indy is a pretty awesome place. Underrated really. It's rather small (think of it as a slightly smaller Pittsburgh, but still...city-ish), very clean and upkept, has a nice night scene, etc. Now, Hoosier Hospitality? I...guess. I mean, Indianans seem to keep to themselves more than I'm used to (Pittsburghers will talk your freaking ear off in a grocery store line), but they're nice. Not typical city-folk. I haven't been down to the village yet, and I have a feeling I'm going to regret not going, but it's damn expense and crowded dahn there. All in all, I really hope this opens up other cities to host it. But we all know that it'll never go to a cold open field. Just won't happen. And that's a shame because 1. it's REAL FOOTBALL and 2. a lot of cities miss out on the opportunity to CASH IN.

Forgot about NYC getting a bowl. Because they need the profit, right? But that could be big in opening the door for cold weather cities.

Homeless in Hawaii is the place to be. Those fuckers take over entire beaches with tent cities and just chill.

but..

half of those tools are homeless on purpose anyway.

Wtf I barely follow the NFL and you guys didnt know it was being played at Giants stadium? lol

Super Bowl XLVIII - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Yeah, I knew about that...was just announced far enough back that I had forgotten. For the most part I want my city to get it. Not because I want to go, but because it's great for exposure (like Indy is getting), tourism, and some money. But no way Pittsburgh will ever get one. Just unfortunate. There's plenty of lodging available. Parking...that'd be interesting.

It is funny on twitter following all these celebs heading to Indy. It's insane how many are in town right now.
