Phew, we didn't score.

That means the Reds have no chance to score.

If, by some chance, this does go to the 10th, we have Belt/Pence/Maxwell.

Not horrible.

As unapproved as this game was, it is nice to see that the boys can win one where the pitching failed.

That makes this team dangerous.

Mays--Fan approved. We scored more runs than they did.

Any way is the only way.

Reds are going to decimated by FA this year. They have 3 guys who could get QOs.

Johnny Cueto and Mike Leake are the only ones.

(Aroldis Chapman, contrary to what Kruk & Kuip said during the game, will *not* be a FA in 2016 - he'll have a tad over 5 years of service time at the end of the 2015 season.)

Cordier was activated, than DFA'd today.

Too bad, but we are freaking stacked in the pen. We have probably 3 or 4 relievers not on our 25-man that could hold a solid spot on another team's 25.

Practically zero chance he makes it through waivers.

I think I'm going to give Hesto a pass on this one, as he came back in the 3rd after a rain delay. The way they handle pitchers in the minors, I doubt he ever had to come back after a rain delay. He wasn't good early, but he was a shitshow after the rain delay.

I'm not terribly worried about Hesto. Now, Broken Timmah, Huddy and Tron...that's another matter.

Timmeh, right now, is an all star. Will that last? Who knows. But if the game were next weekend, he would be on the team.

Vogey has been an absolute stud his last hand full of starts.

Huddy is a good #4.

Heston is a kid just now getting his hands dirty for the first time. Even after today's bad start, I have faith in him moving forward.

Does anybody know the corresponding roster move? (It was my understanding that a team can't DFA a guy unless you give his 40-man roster spot to somebody else - immediately.) Maybe he was placed on outright waivers?
