No one asked for it, but it's late and I'm bored...

My favorite picks in your draft
Breece Hall - mid 6th rd, RB22 off the board

Allen Robinson - end of 9th, WR36!!!

Zach Ertz - undrafted...WTF, taysom fucking hill is rostered and Kyler's top RZ threat didn't. Sheesh, I've dropped plenty in my lifetime but I at least tried to make the catch

Bengals DST - end of 12th, DST9

Hurts or Rodgers in 8th as QB11 & 12, will tilt to Hurts since he's got QB1 overall potential which all top 10-12 QBs don't possess

As far as Hurts vs Rodgers, Rodgers is my back up. I figured Mahomes misses a couple of games each season, so why not have an emergency Aaron Rodgers in my pocket.

Both good values and if Rodgers pumps out a top 5 season with this cast, he's a legend among legends

Ok then I'll give my unbiased, 3rd party analysis. And because today has nothing going on whatsoever in my world..I'll go deep.

Steal of the draft- Kenneth Walker, without question. Even if he's only the 1A or 1B in Seattle, with his talent in a run run run gameplan, will easily surpass 4-6 RB's taken before him, and that's assuming he's only as good as being the #2 back selected implies. If he turns out to be better..watch out.
A far second for the AROB pick. Woods leaves a TON of targets, and I ain't just talking about what he had last year, Woods typically got 120+ in that offense. Woods missed 7 games, and AROB is a better WR than Woods to begin with. Kupp owners are in for a rude awakening if they're expecting anything remotely close to last year.

Worst pick of the draft- a 3 way tie between D. Swift, Waddle and A. St. Brown..Barilko's #3, and his turn at 4-5.
Swift - point #1- J. Williams actually led Detriot in rush attempts, and this is standard, not PPR, and he's still there. Point #2- this offense is led by Goff, perhaps the worst of the true starting caliber QB's in the league. And, #3, with Aaron Jones, Zeke, Lenny, Barkley, Conners, Montgomery, Gibson, and heck, I'd even throw Hall, Walker, Sanders, Dobbins, and Mitchell in the mix..all available on the board, I'd take em all over Swift.
A. St. Brown- well, see above in reference to the Detriot offense and its QB. Now, St. Brown did end the year with 6 great games, averaged 95 yards 9 catches, and damned near a score a game, so i get the buy in. But, Detriot also drafted the only WR in this years class who, at least in my opinion, has a legit shot at being an alpha-type WR. Throwing St. Browns target share into a huge question mark. The doubling down on the Detriot offense just compounds the issue that much more.
Waddle- well it's Tua, who might be one notch below Goff, and they just scored Tyreek Hill. I think that's more than enough said.
*In regards to both of these WR picks on the turn-, DJ Moore, Pittman, McLaurin, Godwin, Cooper, and Mike Williams were all still on the board, tbh, I'd take the aforementioned Allen Robinson over either of them too.

Sorry Bar, but you are still my favorite Lil hockey hoser.

I'll go team by team after our big Sunday breakfast that I have to go get started.

Bet you guys didn't expect so much criticism from Treff and I since we didn't join the league, lol

Now I'll critique Treff's response

@TREFF - you'd take Godwin over viable options at WR in a league where you can't make transactions? That's insane, he won't even be cleared to take the field until mid-Oct, let alone be game ready

I like seeing Swift detractors cause a big portion of the fantasy community loves the kid, and its important to consider all outcomes. He was really good last yr before he got hurt, but agree his value is a lot greater in half for full ppr

Barilko

Probably at hockey or some dam concert you tell me

well then ---- knowing im your fave hockey hoser makes it all better...

i got sniped by obx as javonte was my next pick at Swift from there i didnt want to own the others as i own them elsewhere

also if he stays on the field im banking on the ugly garbage time

same goes for doublA Brown as i own (elsewhere) the receivers that followed and trust me here i was grabbing Higgins when Tlance beat me to the punch

and now it is time for my annual steal of Chef's fave line...

Picks I liked:
Michael Thomas in the 6th.
Adam Thielen in the 7th.
Cam Akers in the 5th.
Stefon Diggs in the 2nd.

Picks I questioned:
Justin Jefferson as 1st WR off the board. Capitalized on Thielen being out. New coaching staff has to prove itself.
Cordarelle Patterson in the 4th. 31 years-old. Team is in rebuild. No Matty Ice to keep defenses in check.
Any rookie selected. There were 8. You can tout about Hall and Walker's situation all you want. But they are a part of sub-par offenses. They'd have to do really really well to make an impact in a standard scoring league on a bad offense, without a committee.
Taysom Hill - Lisfranc injuries tend to nag. Banking on him as your only TE is too risky.
Gronk - Will he rejoin the GOAT? Probably. But there's enough doubt to have considered another TE as insurance.
Justin Tucker in the 7th. Ok, sure they guy is one of the best. However, the difference between the best kicker and the 10th-best kicker was an average of 2.1 points per game which does not justify such an early selection. Plus, there were 6 kickers better than him in 2021.

Missing:
No one drafted Kareem Hunt.
Or as monkey pointed out, Zach Ertz. Sure he misses time, but he is a redzone target.
Jameis Winston - not even as a backup? All those weapons on the Saints he can rack up some decent yardage as a one-week fill-in.
