I think they have 2 players that have had a rough game - Lafell and their P. Their Oline is supposedly a mess and they have had some penalties but Brady has had time for the most part.

In a game where almost any team can get 8 pts at a pop, you have to pad your lead.

If it's 3rd and 8, I get it. Early in that drive they were pounding Blount- chewing up the clock Once they got into FG range it was like OK let's get another Brady TD pass. It is what it is.

I disagree. The game was already over. 29-7 with 7 minutes to go and the ball. It's kind of like in MLB when you are up 7 in the 8th inning and still stealing bases. Hey they are giving the other team a chance to get them out. I get it.

And teams have lost 7 run leads before... In a 162 game season, it's not as big a deal. In a 16 game NFL, it is.

The day you lose a game when you thought you had a big enough lead or even get scared in a close one when you thought you had enough of a lead, is the day you go for the extra score.

No in baseball if that happens, the next pitch is going at someone's head no matter if it's game 21 or 121. If u ask me it was stupid. U play the Fins twice every yr. You play Dallas once every 4. Having seen this year and 2007, it seems that there is a difference. The Patriots certainly want to win and win comfortably but except for Buffalo they don't seem as interested in rubbing people's faces in it this time around.

Unless both teams stop trying to score, neither team should. 7 minutes is plenty of time in the NFL. Not likely, but not impossible either. And since Miami had not stopped trying...
