That is all we used in Okinawa residential and even most small commercial.
They are so energy efficient!
Add to that a Japanese dryer and refrigerator and you could really save some money.
You would have to get used to small!

Here in Georgia, electricity is cheap and gas is expensive.
I'd still like to have a gas stove top. I'm considering dual fuel, gas top and electric oven.
I would have to go propane but a stove top only does not use much fuel.....

I was super stoked that the Pats were playing in Vegas this year. Already convinced the wifey we'd take a road trip with our 8 year old(he's really getting into sports now) and make an awesome weekend of it.

And then I clicked on the ticket prices. Over 1,000 bucks for three people in the nose bleed section. Plus hotel and food and all the other shit. Jesus H. Reconsidering if it's worth it.

Worth it?

New Years Eve 2017 we went to Gillette to watch the Pats destroy the Jets.
We paid almost $2000.00 for 4 seats for the family.
Food yes, hotel, no. We flew to Vermont for the holidays, drove to Foxborough for the game and drove back. MAN was it cold!

Was it worth it?
We had seen Tom Brady play in Nashville a few times, I had been to games at Sullivan...Schaefer...but never Gillette. Oh, and MAN was it cold. We have fantastic memories.

But my wife had been diagnosed with breast cancer and that's what she wanted to do.
It would have been a bargain at 10 times the price.

Yeah, some surgery and shitty chemicals, she's fine.

Not a baseball guy but have been to four parks and Fenway was damn sure different you sort of feel the history.
