Boyd Epley did.

Steele was just a LB coach (89-94).

Most of our Linemen, mainly on offense look like they've never even heard of a weight room. When I saw them preseason I couldn't believe how soft they looked

He's a special player, I hope some of that pride and dedication rubs off on some other guys, a bunch of guys without a leader is all we have now, example by Gregory is just what they need, and a good kick in the balls often to toughen em up
