What are the good Services? I just cut the cord about a month back, so I am really paying attention to the different services now.

I currently subscribe to…

Prime (mainly for Amazon, as I don’t watch much of what they offer, but they have enough over the year to just about cover their subscription rate)

Hulu (I should probably drop this to an “month on / month off” subscription, but I guess I give it a couple hours a week or so at least currently and the package with Disney makes it worth it)

Disney (packaged with Hulu; SW and Marvel make it a guaranteed couple hours a week)

Paramount (probably my main go-to atm)

Showtime (I get it for $2 through Paramount, so…)

ESPN (I don’t watch it, but I get it for free in my Hulu/Disney package)

YouTube (standard; I probably watch more YT hours than any other service atm)

Apple (I hardly ever use this service, but at $7, it isn’t worth remembering to turn on/off)

MLB (only during baseball season, of course)

Roku (don’t really use it, but it is free)

Month/Month services

HBO (currently turned off)
Netflix (currently turned off)
Peacock (currently turned off; I have actually never turned it on, and never really been tempted to)
AMC (I had for a year after they had a sale for 1 year at $3 per month. I almost never used it and the interface sucked)
Starz (I had it for a couple months because there were 2 movies and 1 series I wanted, but everything else was garbage. Don’t plan on resubscribing)

Is there anything I am missing?

I get MLB.tv and a deal for Paramount+ and Apple TV through my T Mobile plan.

I have a friend's HBO and Netflix accounts that I use.

I pay for Amazon

I have a friend's cable log in that I can use to watch Fox and all that...and it is a PA log in, so I can watch Philadelphia games in MD.

I am paying for Disney+ but should cancel it.

and I have an ex's Hulu log in but I try to use that sparingly.

All I ever utilize is HBO Max, Netflix and Tubi.

And Tubi is free.

YouTubeTV is my go-to. It’s a bit pricey but worth it for me.

yea... they just raised it to 72 per month... so until I NEED live tv, I will go elsewhere...

crazy thing is you really only need live tv for sports...

with Hulu being ABC and FOX and subsidiaries of both
with Paramount being CBS and other paramount networks
With Peacock being NBC and all NBC owned networks

you really have EVERY tv show you may want to watch on cable TV

and owning those three is much cheaper than 72 dollars

but once football season starts I will reactivate my YouTube tv

especially if I can get a couple of my family members/friends to chip in with me for the NFL Sunday ticket...

I get Disney and HBO free through different outlets.

Peacock is underrated, it has a lot of content for good price. Newly released movies too, like Cocaine Bear.

Netflix is Netflix, sometimes you can find good things to watch on there.

Have Prime with Paramount as well as Hulu.

AMC is garbage. You couldn't watch its best show, Saul without paying extra.

Don't need anything else.

I got Amazon Prime, Showtime, HBO, AppleTV, Disney+, and Netflix. But I’ll drop most of these after I finish a particular series in each.

Peacock is free on my service. Yeah it's not bad.

We cut out DirecTV and went to streaming services.

YouTubeTV - used this a lot more than I thought I would.
Netflix, free through a friend
Prime
Paramount, free through Walmart Plus

When I upgrade my verizon phone plan in a couple of months, I'll end up with Disney+, Hulu(ads), and ESPN+(ads) for free.

So far, I'm satisfied and still saving more than $100 per month from my old DTV subscription.

For any of us who still have Netflix DVD mail service, we're losing that September 29th.

I believe Paramount includes your local CBS affiliate, so there are half your network nfl games…

If y'all just want to watch NFL games, just get an HD antenna (they're like what, 50 bucks?). The majority of NFL games are shown on network TV (CBS, Fox, NBC) so you'll get to watch them all for free. Only games you'll miss out on is whatever is on ESPN (and Amazon's TNF but based on this thread, it looks like most have Prime anyway). College football is more tricky though. You'll get some games, but most are on cable channels

Another thing to keep in mind is that NFL broadcast rules require all games to be broadcast on a local OTA channel.
Every time there's a MNF/TNF game with the Bills, one of the local channels here carries the game.
