Yeah it will probably be St. Louis. I wonder if Giroux will get some thought though?

I would rather have St Louis go.Probably his last chance,and he should have been picked over a few others anyway,as well as Giroux IMO.

I don't think he was born in 1990 either.

Thought maybe that was part of the compromise that allowed the NHL players to go though was that Bettman got a secret spot on Team Canada. (I know he's American, just go with it)

So he worked with Steve Yzerman to fake Stamkos' broken leg (great special effects) and to leave St. Louis off the original roster. That way, when Stamkos can't go because of his "broken" leg, they have to sub in a much smaller player. With full equipment (watch for "St. Louis" to take a puck to the nose in practice, requiring a full shield at the Olympics), he's hoping nobody will notice the difference.
