Who cares?

As stated before, scuffles happen weekly, and that includes helmets and facemasks being grabbed in anger. That does not warrant or equate to ripping someone's helmet off and trying to kill them with it.

Link to proof that Garrett was trying to kill him with it - :rolleyes2:. He was being backed up, and Mason ran up to him to try to attack him........

Your average metal chair weighs twice as much as a helmet. It would be a one in a million shot for a helmet being swung at someone to kill them.

I think people need to calm down a bit on that talk.

Now running full speed using your helmet and launching it into someone's neck area? That could kill someone.

Huh? What in the holy fuck are you talking about? What does a metal chair have to do with anything?

So you don't think Myles Garrett swinging a fucking helmet at someone's skull as hard as he can fucking swing it could kill someone, huh? Hmm, that's an interdasting take.

Yes that's not at all ridiculous to compare a football helmet to a hammer.

Knives don't weigh much either he may as well stabbed him
Your argument makes no damn sense

Are you being serious, or just a homer?

If I swing a helmet as hard as I can at your skull, do you interpret that as me asking you out on a date?

No I don't. I mean he hit him and it didn't even hurt him much less cause any grievous damage

I mean maybe if he hit him like thirty times with the helmet point blank.

You know maybe we need to charge him with attempted murder. Really one up the outrage

So if I hit you ONCE with a helmet, it's cool? It only becomes problematic if it's multiple times?

I mean, you are dancing some serious mental gymnastics here, man.

I'm just having fun with the outrage. Everything has to be taken to the worst possible scenario.

If Myles killed him with the helmet he'd be in jail right now. He didn't even hurt him.

Just like if you get in a bar fight and throw blows the intent is the same (generally)

You could throw the same punch and somehow kill a guy and spend hard time in jail or be home by the morning.if you just blackened his eye.

Thus....why the police have not filed charges.

If anything in Ohio the other guy would be charged...He started the fight, MG stood his ground

lol.

again, mason ran up to him, 15 yards away after he was being restrained by two Steelers...........

What do you think mason was running up to him to do, give him a big wet kiss????

Whatever it was, it still wouldn't have justified what Garrett did.

This isn't the fucking hood. These are PROFESSIONAL athletes.

As has been mentioned ad nauseam...fights happen in every game. Braining someone with their helmet does not. They are not the same thing. They are not on the same page. They are not even in the same book.

It's kind of startling that this has to be explained??

I'm gonna step away now I've bombarded this thread

Myles should get whatever comes his way for this season.

Pouncey should be out until after the Browns game.

Mason should be eligible immediately and Tomlin be forced to start him for the Browns game.

Didn't you just compare a helmet to a chair???

I feel I established I was having fun with the outrage.

I mean we can argue as to whether a chair and helmet are more similar as to a hammer.

I'm definitely breaking my promise here though to shut up in this thread.
