Don't be so sure. Unless you are living right on the beach, you'll still have leaves to rake. Just in February, instead of November. And the leaves don't change to multiple colors, they just go straight to brown.

I lived in Florida from 1978 to 2004,in jacksonville the bugs are bad the hunting sucks and the humidity is a killer if not for the ocean no one would look twice at it,,,but do what you want,me I hated the place
