Period.

Coaching - Fisher was good in the nineties. The game has passed him by.

Offense - I see more ingenuity in kindergarden drawings.

Defense - Please refer to C. Patterson video.

I'll have further comment when I see something resembling professional football.

Could be a long wait on that.

Ok, first game was bad but let's not get crazy. Smart decisions are never made in a short amount of time.

I'm left to wonder if the Rams players can see that his game plan is outdated and predictable and that's why they seem to give up when they get behind. They gave up on him in games last season and the season before that as well. I know it takes good players to make a good team but when you lose 34-6 at home in your home opener there is a hell of a lot more wrong than bad draft choices. Fisher should be fired if they play like this next week.
The NFL stands for Not For Long when you field a sorry ass team like he did on Sunday!

Smart decisions are never made in a short amount of time, or by the Rams organization....ever. Indianapolis had a worse team than us only a few years ago, and a less bountiful harvest of draft picks. They are not known around the NFL as a particularly elite organization, and have a nit wit owner to boot. How is it that they are now a Super Bowl contender while we went the opposite direction and are a toilet bowl contender???? It all points back to the FO and coaching.

The most important thing is how we respond come Sunday, that will define us even more.

How patient can you be as a Rams fan? We've been as patient as a fan could be. I don't know how Cubs fans do it.

Okay. The shock is beginning to wear off after reading everyone else's honest, insightful, and therapeutic posts.

I was left unconscious and now I'm beginning to wonder what the hell happened. Much like a boxer after getting knocked out. I'm getting an IV and an ice cream.

Fisher should resign!

Fisher isn't going anywhere, he will get the Bradford was hurt excuse, so we will see what he does in 2014.

The biggest problem, which for the most part is always been the problem, quarterback. Only Kurt Warner, since the days of Van Brocklin and Waterfield has been a great quarterback for the Rams. It is the most important position, a few good, fewer great. Those are the guys winning games!

Oh, I think Roman Gabriel was pretty darn good in an era when QBs of his stature and arm were unheard of and the original GSOT was John Hadl throwing to Harold Jackson. Hadl was pretty darn good as well. And of course underrated but a very strong and accurate arm and very heady guy was Vince Ferragamo who took us to our first modern-day bowl when nobody gave us a chance. Surprised everybody with arm strength, accuracy, hutzpah, and leadership.

I even thought Jeff Rutledge was pretty good. I am biased though because I know the guy personally and worked with him in the same high school here in Phoenix, AZ. Other than that, I agree with you Snake Eyes. A big talent gap at QB between the aforementioned and Kurt Warner. A BIG gap!!!
