Might as well start talking about it. It's coming together nicely, as the Cap'n saw earlier today.
ESPN interviewed a bunch of women who came through the program I coach for and will be highlighting women's and girl's hockey. NHL is giving us a big grant to grow the girls programs around town. Pretty excited about it. Even if I will be at the game and won't see it broadcast.
Weather is looking mostly cloudy and moderate (like 40 degrees, dropping to 20 after dark) so I have no idea if we'll get the game going on time. Probably the only time since I moved here where I want clouds.
Game's gonna matter too. We play the Wings two days before in Detroit and are fighting them for a WC spot.
