just because two players touch doesnt make it a foul. seriously. how many drives to the lane in the NBA occur and the player is not even touched? Showing them touching.. doesnt prove a foul.

In all honesty, the Heat deserved to win... I wonder how Parker will take being benched at the end of the game... He did hit a 3 late in the 4th...

Welp, since this is still being talked about....I didn't see Green jumping into Bosh, I saw Green fading to the right as Bosh was coming at him. Bosh created enough contact there for a foul to be called imo....but fouls are almost never called in the final seconds anyways.

So when a player throws his body into another player who hands are straight up into the air, is it a foul just because they made contact with each other?

If You called a foul every time players make tiny contact with each other, teams would avg between 50-60 free throw attempts per night.

You know what, that verticality rule was thrown at us for 7 games against the Pacers. About fucking time we reaped the benefits of the same bullshit. Why are we still arguing about this call or no call? That was great fucking game. Jesus!

This is something that needs to be discussed. I don't think that Bosh leaves TP at the top of the key to make that play on Green. Pop had Splitter in the game which helped Danny Green in no way as as nobody needed to check Splitter

that was really odd.. i got the time they benched him to call a timeout. but to not have him in there at all.. and you saw what happened.. Manu got crazy with the dribble.. he gets fouled (wasnt called) he also traveled (wasnt called).. but ends in a ray allen shooting free throws with 1.9 left. i promise you Tony Parker would have resulted in a better possession.

parker won game 1 with a big shot. pops has screwed up a few times this series.

he wasnt fading.. fading implies he is going away from the basket.. he was jumping side to side. no fade.. if anything he was technically getting closer to the basket by jumping to his right.

He was jumping away from Bosh however you would like to describe it... For their bodies to be connected before the shot gets released means Bosh over pursued and jumped into him... I don't have a nice scientific word for you, all I can think of is... BULLSHIT...
