Believe me I'd rather have a better player at 3B, unfortunately this is what we have. I'm not thrilled about it but Chap does bring some power where Urias seems like an instant out with no power.

I 100% would be on board with him. Just stating the negatives. The have enough money to sign Chapman and Snell (my preference). If they did just suck it up and signed Chapman and Bellinger they would be AL favorites to make the WS. Just give them front loaded contracts with opt outs. The bs thing with the whole “budget” is they don’t have an issue at all of having a $200 million dollar payroll for this season. It is 2025 and beyond that their financial status is up in the air because of Root Sports isn’t going to be making them money.

On that note though, Root would be flourishing had they not stopped the Sonics from coming back.
