I think Woo is a back end rotation guy, but even they get paid more than rookie deals.I am still not completely sold on Woo I am curious to see how he will fair starting in the rotation. I wouldn't be surprised if Emerson Hancock gets called to start at some point this season. Cal by the time his service time is up he will be 31 and I wouldn't invest a ton in a 30+ year old catcher especially if Harry Fords development is coming along well. We have a lot of time before the service time is up on the guys you listed some are 2028-2029. Between now and then there is a lot of Evalution to see and more than likely someone will get injured or not progress well.
Hancock will be a miracle pitcher for the Mariners. A miracle if he can stay healthy.
Big extensions are usually handed out way before eligible. I may not agree with it, but that is where baseball has gone. So I don't thin any of these guys wait to get their extensions when eligible. I think they demand a trade long before that if not extended sooner rather than later. It will be a mess than only the Mariners will make worse.
