To go along with the good juju vibe... I saw a very vibrant shooting star about 5min after the sugar bowl loss last year and wished for a national title next year. It only seemed right giving the timing and mood I was in at the time lol

Hayley Salyer is pretty easy on the eyes. She seemed well-prepared, and throws out a lifeline if the athlete needs it. Exum managed not to get in too deep with naming teams -- knowing how to steer an interview to be part of interview prep before players are allowed to talk to the press, even if it's local.

I don't know what to say about the guy, other than he needs to be a bit better prepared next time, or let Hayley do all the interviews.

I like Exum to corner more and more... I'm a little worried about his cover skills, but we could use him a lot in run support. All of a sudden we've got a bunch of teams that are running spread (or otherwise) option against us and we could use that physicality closer to the LOS.

Im personally not buying that its a permanent move, but i guess thats TBD.


FWIW if it is permanent i really have no prob with it.

<----- really likes the "up-tempo with more spread" talks coming from the Burg and visiting recruits. Sounds like we could see some slight changes in VT's offense next year.

It's about time we added more exciting offense to the already spectacular defense.

In addition to the heroic efforts of the guy behind center, of course. There was excitement from Tyrod just as a result of his skill level, and Logan is getting there as well, but more diversity of the offense is really needed.
