I posted comment #5 in this thread and is was removed. Why was my comment # removed?

The mod moved your post #5 from the other thread (the voting thread) to THIS thread (the discussion thread).
It happened to fall in the #10 spot in this thread when he moved it.

That's why it went BACK to post #5 when he moved it back.

Trench Mob did not have Wisconsin in his poll.

One title says "Voting", the other says "Discussion".

As you can see your original fuck-up in not being able to follow basic instructions fits perfectly in post #5 quoting post #4 (Trench Mob) in the "Voting thread".

No. You originally posted in the other thread (Voting thread). It happens when people don't read the OP, so the mods just move them to the "discussion' thread where they belong.

Here is your post in the other thread (Voting thread). 'Trench Mob' is the ONLY poster that did not include Wisconsin in his poll.

Hence you clearly quoting him.

Because you aren’t supposed to post discussion comments in the thread that is strictly for people to post their polls. That’s why there’s two different threads. That way people can go look at everyone’s polls without having to wade through everyone’s opinions on everyone’s polls. Thus, two threads.

It makes it easier for him to count votes without having to scroll past a bunch of comments.
