We were thinking alike just with different taste. I just think modern players are better apparently.

McDaniel's last season was 2001 it's not like he wore a leather helmet.

Yeah but there's a decade of difference. The game changed tremendously from the 90s to 00s and is likely to keep evolving over time...just look at Clowney.

Look at Clowney? Should I look at the fact he's proven nothing?

I think you just like to plant a seed in everyone's head your team is better no matter who is taken. Derrick Thomas' last season was 1999, he would suck today!

You can use guys wherever you want, but when im voting I will look to see if you have guys who played the position you have them in, in their prime.

How so? It changed a little but tremendously, I don't think so...

He's a physical freak is what I am saying. It's becoming more and more normal to have people such as him.

I personally think Demarcus Ware was better than Derrick Thomas but the comparison is far different. Derrick Thomas' dimensions still fit in the game today of bigger, stronger, faster. McDaniel's do not. At first, I wasn't bashing your pick and still wouldn't if you didn't come off like you did. I stated it was a difference of opinion; however, McDaniel was 6'3" and under 290. Just saying.

Uh oh. I'm using Watt as a 4-3 DE. He played it at Wisconsin don't think it would be a problem for him.

Pretty sure he was a 4-3 DT at Wisconsin wasn't he? Does he have the explosion and quickness to go against an OT?

It's fine either way though. The only players you have on the DL are Watt and Peppers. Peppers has played DE in the NFL.

Yeah it was either Watt 4-3 DE or Peppers 3-4 OLB. I mean I don't see how Watt doesn't have the explosiveness to play 4-3 DE. Dude is a freak.

6'3 under 290 yes but were there not DT's who weighed 300+ that he went against? Of course there was, he did pretty good 11 pro bowls and 7 1st team all pro's. Not bashing my pick? Then why say anything at all, you actually are bashing the pick because you are a know it all.

Physical freak? So was Brian Bosworth.
