I see one pretty obvious pick here.
Frankly I probably should've taken him, but I kinda liked going against the grain a little bit.
It's funny how doing one of these gets you invested in teams you would otherwise not care about at all...

I see at least 2 positions (maybe 3) that he could pick within reason.
I am baffled at how Chicago did not have the worst record in the NBA....and by far.
This roster is abysmal.
I'm not even worried about position, sometimes you just have to take BPA and figure out how to make it work.
With the 25th pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, the Los Angeles Lakers select...Mitchell Robinson. Center...
Robinson is captain of the most self destructive draft prospect team with his 2017-2018 lack of season.
But the NBA and G-League should be able to help guys like him out.
Monster upside though. But saying he's raw and uncooked steak is probably being too kind. he's still a live cow.
Well, he can start out behind whichever Cs survive the preseason cap purge (Zubac, Bryant, Randle in small ball situations).

if you're a laker fan though you're hoping the answer to that question is none of the above (because it means LBJ and PG13 are probably on your roster).
This is also a pick that I could see the Lakers trading out of to save even more cap room.
'sides, I doubt very seriously Zubac is around when the season tips off. too slow and unathletic. Robinson brings that ability to the line-up, plus I understand he's been working on his 3 ball range...
Well, I'm hoping that those two understand the need for more depth and take a few mill off each of their max deals to make room for at least Randle's cap hold (and one or two of the centers). The difference between keeping Zubac and Bryant vs the cap holds for their empty roster spots is only a difference of about $1.3M.
