Why are some positions so friggin thin for thee Huskers? Is it because of BLO?

Did you see my won/loss prediction for this season? I predicted a 7-5 season. What's scary is if the Mad Dog Bo play continues, it could be worse than that.

As far as some positions being so thin, that can be blamed on Bo.

It's a shame that they lack at certain positions, but the walk-ons seems to provide enough bodies for the program now. I hope Riley taps into local talent more so than the previous guy. Aim for the 4 stars but recruit realistic player gets also.

***Receivers coach Keith Williams called Reilly's touchdown catch in the fourth quarter Saturday a "big time" play, and he was especially happy for Reilly because it was his first career touchdown. Prior to that, Williams said he'd been calling Reilly "MC Can't Score".

FWIW Langsdorf said he'd see the ball more. He said that already though so I don't know that it means anything.

did anyone else think it was strange that against Miami I don't remember a single screen pass? the pressure Tommy was under, i thought we'd see one soon but it never came.

also, i don't remember too many of the quick throws to the wideouts either, i wasn't paying that close attention, were the Miami DBs just playing that tight of coverage that we didn't do them?
