As long as they had Scott Tenorman Must Die, I would have been happy. Placing it #1 makes me OK with the list.
The build up to the April Fools episode (Cartmans father) probably should have been on the list as well, but as you said, there are so many strong episodes that as long as they have STMD, they cannot go wrong.

Basically do the top 10 cartman's most evil episodes and you've got a hell of a start.

Honestly there's a few really good ones a season almost without fail. Like this season, I never watched world war z but that parody was good still, as was the DMV one. I was mad at the NSA one, though. It has so much potential and came up seriously flat.
