How is Florida's schedule that much worse yet OUS is in the top 10 and Florida is in the bottom 10?

It's pretty obvious that there is a 9 conference game bias here and if that's the case then the SOS discussions can end now because they have no credibility.

OSU is 2 crappy and Florida is 3 crappy. I think it is pretty obvious. All are based on Sagarin's numbers from 2013

No its not obvious OSU gets too much credit for Kansas, Iowa State and West Virginia while Florida not enough for their conference schedule.

If one more conference game puts a team in the top 10 and drops another to the bottom the system doesn't work and isn't weighted correctly.

First off there is no bias. There is no too much credit. This is based on the Sagarin rankings from last yr. It only factors in out of conference. You have to read prior to bitching. It doesnt work as well when you bitch before getting information. The real issue is that it is based on last years results, so there is likely to be some huge issues.

Yeah, I'm finding some of the schedules in the top ten list to be pretty much exactly the same as some of the bottom ten list. Minnesota's inclusion in the top ten is a real head scratcher...am I missing something?

And just saying "2 crappy >>> 3 crappy" is not a satisfactory explanation for teams like Iowa State and OK State, in my book. Like WT alluded, that additional conference game may or may not be better than some other team's fourth OOC game.

UNC should be in the bottom ten based on the Notre Dame game alone. [/sarcasm]
