He was talking record. Ok got it now. I thought he was talking TDs/INTs. He's still only 17 games over .500 for his career. Not sure those are HOF #s?

Yeah but total yards, tds 2 SB's is a real good argument. win/loss record is usually a team stat unless you blow the games as a QB. You have to look at the whole pic including 4th Q comebacks etc

Im aware

Im talking about the 2 runs that led to his 2 rings, for which im being told he had nothing to do with

15 TDs'
2 picks
No need for me to mention cherry picking. It's kind of your MO and has already been noted multiple times.

Yeah, do you guys understand the definition of cherry picking?

We were specifically discussing the 2 Super Bowl Runs

I have been told by smart posters here that he had nothing to do with them

So me posting his numbers from those SB runs, is not what is called Cherry Picking

He might have 300 picks by the time he hangs the cleats up. Hard for me to overlook that for a HOF QB. That tells me defense and WRs aided his other numbers.

Eli will probably make the Hall of Fame because the football hall of fame is watered down. Let's be honest, there are a lot of busts in Canton that shouldn't be there. That's what happens when you mandate that at least four people get inducted every year.

Let's also be honest that whether or not Eli makes it into the Hall, he isn't an elite QB. Sure, he's got a lot of passing yards and TD's, but is longevity and volume enough to make someone elite? Eli is a fine QB who won two Super Bowls. Those two Giants Super Bowls are even more impressive considering that they didn't have a great QB at the helm.

If only the Pats/Giants could meet in the superbowl again....and if the Giants can win? That will be Dirt banner day on SportsHoopla. It would be amazing to see

What would happen if the Pats won? I've offered to put Dirt's wife up for a few weeks. Of course that's a standing invite that has nothing to do with football.

If we could win @ Lambeau @ Seattle and @Dallas

They should probably rest starters for the New ENgland game
