Yep Steve Grogan
Just think if the Giants had Grogan instead of Eli how many SBs they would have won. Probably another 3 or 4.

You realize there was no guarantee Lynch would have gotten in, and had been stopped in similar situation earlier, right?
It was a low risk call, which would have left them a down to still rush. Malcom Butler just made a "historically great" play.
As soon as Lynch split wide, Bill said "Thanks Pete, you idiot"

No, there is nothing low risk about violating every unwritten rule about goal line football that ever existed
- Throw from the one yard line with the best power back in the NFL? Check
- Split best power back in the NFL out wide, removing even the threat of a run? Check
- Throw to the middle of the field from the one, where usually only bad things can happen? Check
- Throw to LITERALLY your worst WR on the roster on the biggest call of your season in the middle of the field? Double Check

Lynch was actually 1-5 I believe on 3rd and 1 and 4-1
Lunch running the ball or the throw weren't the right calls. Thank goodness Wilson didn't roll out and run it into the endzone, that would have been the right call and prob ballgame. I still don't know have Pats give up 75 yards on 3 plays with little time left. That D seems to bend too much in the last minute of every SB, no lead is safe. They blew a 4 point lead late to NY and almost another 4 point lead to Seattle WTF
TYpical

If you are so much more knowledgeable than the future HoF coach of the Seahawks why the fuck are you on here chatting and not leading a team to the SB?
Not even presenting the deception of a run was the biggest error made there
Once he split out wide, 2 men in America said "Holy Shit"
Me and BB
Everyone in America that doesnt live in the greater Boston area, has called the play call the worst in the history of big game American Sports
Running Lynch from the one after a 7 yard run wasnt low risk
Throwing to the worst WR on the roster in the middle of the field was
Only here

Are we still talking about Eli? 17 TDs to 8 INTs in his playoff career.15 TD's and 2 picks in his 2 SB runs
He was pretty damn important
