His legacy to me will be that he spent the last two years trying to save his job, instead of doing what was best for the organization.

He actually finished 2nd in tackles last year. But it shows he's easily replaceable, or was, with that line. Had we kept the line in tact, Levy could have walked and we wouldn't have missed a beat. Same reason we didn't miss Tulloch.

Disagree. We did not miss Tulloch because Bynes is actually better than him. He is our best overall LB. Tulloch makes a lot of tackles but misses a lot too and cant cover worth a shit.

What we are missing more than anything is LBs. Besides Bynes, all we have is Whitehead who is just solid. the rest are liabilities in one way or another (or all ways if his name is travis lewis).

Also, Jason Jones has fallen off a cliff and we have no speed rusher at DE anymore.

Josh Bynes had 22 tackles last year. We didn't miss Tulloch last year when Whitehead subbed for him cause our D line was elite.

Agreed. We could probably use a DT too. Cant believe you missed that.

In many ways, Levy's injury is the best thing that could have happened it him. He got paid, gets a free pass this year from fans, and he'll always have a built in excuse if he sucks moving forward, coming off a hip injury so late in his career.
