Not a bad idea, I'll make one with the logos the same size. I might have to arrange them in a different way tho. I'll play around with it this week & see where it takes me.

Looking good. I would get rid of the divisions at the top and maybe blend the NHL logo with the rest of the banner so it doesn't stand out.

Honestly, it looks kinda pixely. I agree with Tilo - no need to call more attention to our terrible division names! I'm not sure the division banners are needed either.

I'd like to take a stab at a banner design, too. Give me a day or so to come up with some designs as well. People can vote on them as Boss said. Too bad IPW isn't around right now - he's the photoshop king.

Do you think I should arrange the NHL logos by division without labeling the divisions? Should I group them by conference? Or should I just group them all together? If I group them all together the design will me more symmetrical. Also, I'll make the logos bigger so they don't look so pixilated. Plus I'll add some more color to the background.

How about a layout similar to this? Have the divisions extend left to right. Ignore the hackjob cut/paste, the teams not being in the correct division, the whitespace...just ignore everything about this except the layout.

I think it illustrates nicely how horribly unbalanced the conferences are.

I don't think they need to be in division groupings. especially since that's likely to change a few times over the next few years.

I was actually thinking this morning it would be funny to have a April Fool's banner just for the week of April Fool's. What would you guys include? My thoughts...
