Depends on how the 2nd place teams finish. If everyone has 2 losses and the G5 is unbeaten then sure why not? The draw of cfb is supposed to be how important every game is . If there's only 3 P5 leagues and you take an 8-2 P5 over a 10-0 G5 you're pretty much saying not every game actually matters

No, the only Power 5 game they play this year is against GT who won 2-3 games last year.
