The real shame of Griffin's injury is the first two series showed the "old RG III." The zone option came twice with long rushing gains, and he looked like his 2012 Offensive Rookie of the Year self. Yep. He started that game doing everything people were bitching about. They ran the read option. He made the plays with his legs, and yes slide! He threw it down field and twice hit guys perfectly. Hell how many guys in the entire league can make the play he made on the one where he was injured?
That's what makes this so sickening. If the haters can't at least acknowledge that there was a good chance Griff would have enjoyed similar success yesterday then I don't know what more to say
