Things are looking horrible for a conviction on the first case. Now Hernandez has been indicted for a double homicide in 2012. Seems he got into an argument with two guys in a bar, followed them in his SUV, waited til they pulled over, walked up and shot 'em both dead.

Word id that Hernandez is truly one bad Motha-Fkr. He nearly off'd a guy in prison with no weapon. He's at the top of the prison food chain with his gang afiliations. Rumors are swirling everywhere about his "off-season businesses".

It makes one wonder how he was able to stay under the radar for so long. If the last killing hadn't been so screwed up, he'd still be catchin' passes for TB.

All hearsay so far. That said, it is looking like this is a real criminal. I'm not thinking psychopath, I'm thinking evil.
As Pats fans, this has been painful. We have been able to move along. Can you imagine the families and friends? Teammates? What about his enemies? This is one "badass dude" "sadass" in my opinion.....

Hopefully they can bring the second charges to trial prior to the first, it seems they have more evidence, weapon for one thing.

Now there are claims that he has tats that signify his kills. This should be interesting. Tattoo artists 15 seconds of glory!

They're also trying to find any of the tattoo artists who've done any of his tattoos.

Hernandez attorneys are petitioning the NFL for the "Guaranteed" portion of Hernandez's contract. The Patriots are basically saying he's in violation of his contract by not appearing at games in 2013 and team functions in 2014. The NFL and the NFLPA agree but the league won't give the aptriots the $3.5M guranteed cap space either.

Good reason the attornys are arguing for it....they want to be sure they get paid something........

The Falcons received $3 million for the Vick saga. I don't know the exact numbers, I would guess Vicks cap number was much highers, as he was in a $130 million dollar contract....top paid player in the league.

So base it off that I guess? Pats get around 1 million maybe?
