Curious to hear the boards' thoughts.

This team has to be the biggest disappointment in the NFL this year, and a lot of it seems to be egos melting down (the London party thing, not backing up trash talk in key spots, etc.), which goes back to the leadership on this team. Seems very Bengals-esque.

I don't watch AFC games so I haven't really watched them, how could this defense be so shitty after what they did last year....

Not only him but anybody in that front office who thought they could stand pat with Bortles and be a contender for a SB. Maybe Tom Coughlin convinced them all by using Eli as an example.

I feel like the more correct thing to do is to upgrade at QB first.

I actually thought the Jags had a good chance of struggling this year and I'm not too impressed with his coaching.

That said, I think he should keep his job if the Jaguars get to 5 wins. I think almost every team on their schedule will be fighting for their playoff lives so it will be tough sledding for Jacksonville. Anyone with eyeballs should've seen their offense struggling with the injuries and QB that they have.

But...they might not get to 5 wins. That Steelers game they had was the worst loss I've seen since the Chiefs lost to the Titans in the playoffs.
