I like your beard.
I'd be cool if there were a bottle of Glenfiddich and a scotch glass there, but wine? Who are we, France?!
I was honestly thinking "Well, if it's Scotch..."

Listening to CTV.
Makes me lose a few brain cells
I've never actually watched them, at least not for years. I do, however hang out in places that mercilessly mock their "coverage" and provide numerous examples of their blatant lies and professional ineptitude.
Your obsession with Fox News is disturbing. Why watch or even pay attention to them if they get you so wound up?
And I would expect the leader of my country to be smart enough to not be photographed drinking on the job.
Yeah, probably not three whole weeks. Have they shut up about the Latte Salute yet?

But I will keep my "obsessive" mentions of them down to below twice in a thread so you can feel all warm and fuzzy inside, secure in the knowledge that you adequately defended them. Deal?
Ceremonial positions like at a memorial, I disagree. But I'd sure put more protection nearby.
It was an ambush, sadly I am not sure that having a live weapon would have changed anything.

CTV is absolutely da woist.
That explains a lot.
I didn't defend Fox, I merely pointed out a fact. That you admit to not having watched them "for years" yet still slam them because they don't share your ideology says a lot about you. That you got so defensive says even more. And I would expect the leader of my country to be smart enough to not be photographed drinking on the job.

I tend to give politicians a bit of a break (high up positions) because they're honestly *always* on the job. And I doubt he was even thinking about publicity at the moment.
Actually, I don't mind seeing Stevie having a bit of the grape. Where's the cigar though?

In the comment section of a CNN post about the situation in Ottawa -->> "Canada has a war memorial? When did they go to war?"
I actually dont know the context to this picture but I love it all the same. and yes I get its not even remotely the same situation. I dont think harper was drinking wine
All of the network and cable news programs have a bias and have had one since I was a youngster and cable didn't exist. It's pretty much the running joke of most Americans that 1) our news media outlets are awful and 2) Fox News is the worst. I'm a conservative and can't watch that pandering crap.
My favorite president loved getting drank on the job and threw the 19th century equivalent of a keggar at the White House on the regular.
Nixon?
I wish I could find this commenter and slap them upside the head just for being a mouth-breathing cretin as well as a complete asswipe. On behalf of America, apology offered.
Ha. Jackson.
