I don't think that you can prorate that. I would assume the second half is going to be slower.

I remember having to run 3 miles in 22 minutes for hockey back in the day. 7:20 per mile, right? No biggie. First mile, like 6:45, second like 7:25 and then the third.......HELL!!!!!

For a second straight year defenseman David Musil was the fastest player up the Grouse Grind in the Vancouver Giants annual pre-camp trek up the North Vancouver mountain. The 2nd round pick of the Edmonton Oilers covered the 2.9 km course in 38 minutes and 1 second. Fellow defenseman Tyler Hart finished in second, with forward Nathan Burns rounding out the top 3. The course features 2,830 stairs covering 853 metres in elevation.
