Here is the rest of that video these dissections are always really in depth and usually give you the coaches mind set were he thinks we are ...yes there is smoke ...

Also I would say there is 3 or 4 videos worth watching the coach breakfast ones always gets me pumped

Two things I see is we are very much still wanting CK ..

We will draft a QB.

They really like the OL in the draft ...

When talking QB's he kept saying young ...3 or 4 times

When talking DL he looked like a wolf in a chicken house ... He is already pleased with were we are right now ..More of a depth thing ..

I seen a Man wanting OL .

Kubiak pointing out that Clady is still a part of the Bronco's plans for now - was interesting news. If Clady returns - I'd say Okung moves to RT and Stephenson to swing tackle.

Also the Kubiak comment about getting a FB in the draft was significant.

I would say the Clady news was more about just trying to drive up the cost to get him in a trade or that somebody should want him in a trade. Right now we have only about $2 million in actual cap space. We will need around $5 million in cap space for the draft class so I have a hard time seeing the Broncos not at some point getting rid of Clady. Don't want to just tell teams that you are going to cut him as they will just wait for that to happen rather than trade something of value.

Like CD said not likely but if Clady was to take a huge pay cut ..Stephenson Will win IMO one of the Guards positions..

But I think he will be traded for a rather late draft pick... a 6ot 7 th would be great .

If you can figure that- what are they actually hiding?

"Right now we have a lot of versatility. That's a good thing. Getting Stephenson, getting [Russell] Okung -- [and] Ryan [Clady] is still ours," Kubiak said. "Ryan is on our football team. Nobody mentions that. That's still a possibility."

This Kubiak quote - just seemed more significant than his coaches speak usually takes him.

If they can get him to take the pay cut they want then yeah I could see them actually thinking about keeping him. From what I understand though he refuses to take anything less than $6 million for this upcoming year and the Broncos are wanting him to come down to about $3 million with lots of incentives built in for him to get most of his $10 million back. We shall see if they can get something figured out. 2 important dates in my opinion though with Clady. The first is our first day of off season work outs on April 18th. Would be very interesting to see if Clady shows up to the practices or if the team would even want him to come. I would say the draft is another huge moment.

A decision on Clady will have to be made before the first OTA because they can't let Ryan come to OTAs and risk injury and be on the hook for his entire salary for 2016.

That is why the April 18th date to me is so important as I can't see them letting him come in for off season training and all of a sudden he is injured and like you said we are on the hook. So my guess is if we have not got him traded by then we will cut him. Or we will let him sit out those on the trainers recommendation being cautious with his injury and hoping we can find a trade partner in the draft. I could see them maybe wanting to move up on the 2nd day and packaging him with a pick to move up. The Jets for example with possibly cutting Ferguson could want to trade for Clady so maybe in the 2nd round we move up to 20th with our 2nd round pick and Clady packaged together. So we move up by trading a guy we were going to cut anyway.
