The triangle does take a long time to learn and implement. Plus you need the right type of players to play it. It takes about 3 years to master it and about the same time to get the right players in the system to play it.

Need a tallish pg/sg combo player
need 2 sf/sg
need a PF/C
and a true C.

All the players need to know how to post up well to use their size advantage
The bigs must know how to pass the ball.
The midsize players must know how to slash to the basket and when
One of the SGs needs to be Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant.

After you have that you 3 peat.

they guy sucks DJ...he is a 7ft waste of height ...he does not rebound, play D, pass well....all he used to do was hit a 3 every once and a while, and even when healthy ( which has not been frequent ) he has not been doing that...

Its strange...most guys in a contract year want to at least put up numbers....bargs has no heart ...he just sucks
