After having a guy leave his lane and nearly hit me as I was passing him last night, I honked and he didn't even look up from his cell phone.

So while this would obviously never be a thing, here was a discussion I had with a friend...
People caught texting or using their cellphone in a car are fined $250. Additionally, they are entered into a lottery. At the end of the year, 2 people's names are drawn and they are shot and killed. Statisticians study the impact and estimate it would save at least 1,000 lives per year and that texting would drop off significantly for some and altogether for others.

Honestly, I have no problem with the President getting in a few golf rounds here and there. They need to decompress too. But when you spent 8 years criticizing this about the last guy and tell everyone how hard you're going to be working, well, the criticism is fair.

Conservatives said Obama golfed too much. They said he wasn't transparent. But he didn't golf as much as Trump and it was always published on his schedule.
