Entering the NCAA tournament, I compiled a list of the records of SEC teams vs other conferences of note, as well as their overall non-conference record. Here are the results (beginning with the major & mid-major conferences which they have interacted with the most this season:

Clearly, the Big 10 & the Big East gave the SEC the most problems of any league that they faced at least 5 times. The American would be third, and the Big 12 fourth. The ACC was waaaaay down the line.
