Well hell, even good ol Cam's doing some nut swinging since his team couldn't get it done.

I'm going to petition the SEC to have this one count as another clear victory against Tennessee. I'm suggesting it replace the 1993 tie game...since this scene was filmed in '93.

Fuck .....i mean.......it is an SEC network thread. The hell did you expect?
Atleast we can say we are the best program in our state though. ***He whispers silently before committing suicide***
-------SEC Network Announced
- 20 year agreement
- 45 football games ... 3 per week
- 100+ men's hoops
- 75 baseball games
- events from 17 other sports
Only on AT&T Uverse to start, going to need to get on all the others. The interesting part will not be the SE, but how well it gets picked up everywhere else.
Who is your carrier? Almost all of them have picked it up ... just one of the 2 satellite companies left. You should know if you can get it or not.-------
If Nebraska is getting it's collective butts beaten (more than I care to admit), I turn to any conference network for an interesting game. I hope the SEC isn't "just" regional as I'd jump at the chance to see some of the games.

Was just coming to post that! We should hear from Direct TV any day now.
I think we are at 65 million subscribers and once Direct TV falls we will be over 75 million at least.Well, there you go. Pretty much 100% of the carriers that mean anything will be carrying the SEC Network!
SEC! SEC! SEC!

I read an article that ran the maths and came up with about $20 mil, doubling each schools take from about $21 mil to $41 mil in the first year. It can only go so far ... ESPN is only in 100 million homes. SECN will start with the same numbers as ESPNU.I think we are at 65 million subscribers and once Direct TV falls we will be over 75 million at least.
The B1G launched back in the day with 20 million so this is going to be one giant home run on top of the existing contract with CBS & ESPN.
Oh I'm thinking that Texas A&M will make more off the SEC Network than Texas will make off the LHN. I'm not 100% sure but the SEC schools could rake in as much as an additional 20 million a school in the first year depending on the final subscription numbers.
