...lololol...agreed..ESPN: Here is our list of all 30 MLB teams' current starting rotations, from best to worst.
18. Seattle Mariners
Game score W/L: 84-78, .519
Average game score: 52.4
Dominance rank: 13 | Consistency rank: 1
Gems: 40 | Eggs: 25
Rotation: Luis Castillo (23-9), Robbie Ray (20-12), Logan Gilbert (15-14), Marco Gonzales (6-21), George Kirby (17-10), Chris Flexen (3-11), Taylor Dollard (0-1), Emerson Hancock (1-2)
The Mariners are underrated here, I think, as the FIP-challenged dossiers of Gonzales and Flexen don't fare well in the forecast machinery. They should be better than this, but in the meantime, a big four of Castillo, Ray, Gilbert and Kirby is as exciting a rotation foundation the Mariners have had for at least the past decade.
If Miller..then..the numbers.change.Like lol

100% agree with we should all be excited and optimistic about this upcoming season. The only thing a fan should have any “non good vibes” should be at the front office and ownership group.I'm going to go in as sober as I usually do. There are lots of reasons to be excited and optimistic that we will see some good ball. There are also questions that need to be answered before you can get all crazy with deep playoff ideals.
It's a long season and worth enjoying the ride along the way. No matter what their destination ends up being.
Just stay healthy and let's see what happens.
Oh I know they still have weaknesses in the lineup. They would need a lot of things to go their way to find a consistent lineup with no hitters hanging out under .220.100% agree with we should all be excited and optimistic about this upcoming season. Your second line is where the frustration seems to be, because the ball club is 100% set up for playoffs series. There offense isn’t set up for sustained success. If, Zona’s favorite word, they can space out the slumps it would be great. Outside of the one great stretch where they all played well, it seemed like the lineup for 1 dude with everything struggling.

No one would be surprised if they failed to plug a big hole at the deadline either.
I'm just not going to start out on a sour note. Enjoy some ball until they give us a reason not to.
